PAYMENT

With us, you can safely and easily pay with clear, card, Vipps or postal demand. Klarna offers partial payment and deferred payment. Information about this can be seen at checkout and on Klarna´s website.

When paying by bank card, only the amount is reserved in your account. In the event of cancellation, we can easily remove the reservation and send the money back to your account within a few working days.

All tasks are handled with a very secure, global encryption system manufactured by VISA and Mastercard which means that no outsider can see any card details. Greencom does not store card information. The payment is processed by our partner Klarna, which ensures this according to 1 PCI DSS standard.

SERVICE
When you buy a PC from us, you will always get a guarantee of 3 years! If in the worst case an error should occur with the PC, then you can easily send it back to us. We then find out what is wrong and compensate for this. You can therefore feel safe when you shop with us.

GREENCOM PC
All Greencom PCs come pre-installed and updated with Windows 11 Pro with the latest drivers available. We do not install any unnecessary programs that make the machine slow or display advertisements. The PCs are completely ready for use as soon as you plug in the PC (Plug And Play).

PICK-UP POINT

If you choose to pick up the machine from us in Oslo (address Akershusstranda 21), you can pay when you pick it up with Vipps. It is usually possible to pick up PCs on weekdays between 07: 00-20: 00 and Saturday between 12:00 and 16:00.

When picking up, you will receive a pick-up message when your order is ready for pick-up. The time for pick-up is also agreed here.
