30-DAY OPEN RETURN POLICY
At Greencom you may change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order. To use the open return option, simply follow the steps below:

Contact us at support@greencom.no or via the chat in the bottom-right corner. Include your order number and we will email you a prepaid return label.

Ship the product back in its original packaging (in the same condition as received).

Your payment will be refunded 14–28 days after we have received and inspected the item.
- Complete the pre-filled right-of-withdrawal form that was attached to your order confirmation e-mail. If you no longer have the e-mail, you can download the form here: Cancellation form.
As a general rule, all returns must be resellable as brand-new, unused products. That means, as a minimum, items must:
- Arrive in undamaged original packaging
- Be in the same pristine condition as delivered
If the original packaging is missing, the return may be refused if we do not have spare packaging in stock. In some cases we can still accept the return for a fee of NOK 500 to cover new packaging and repacking costs.
Desktop PCs returned in a poorer condition can still be accepted, but a fee equal to the product’s loss in value will be deducted.
Return shipping is free as long as the parcel has been collected. You will receive a PostNord return label from us. If the shipment is not collected from the pick-up point, you will be charged for the outbound and inbound freight:
Charges for uncollected parcels:
- NOK 199 outbound shipping to the customer
- NOK 199 return freight back to us
Refunds
Card payment: We refund the amount directly to the card used at checkout, whether you return by post or in our warehouse.
Klarna: Log in to www.klarna.no or open the Klarna app to view your updated invoice.
Vipps: The amount is refunded to the card linked to your Vipps account, whether you return by post or in our warehouse.
The customer is responsible for paying delivery charges (unless Greencom offers free shipping) and for all return costs (except warranty or claim cases).
Return costs:
- NOK 199 outbound shipping to the customer
- NOK 199 return freight back to us
If you decline to pay new shipping or do not wish the parcel re-sent, we can cancel the order, but you will still be charged the round-trip freight costs. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your payment method (card or Klarna).
Returns
If you are not home at the agreed delivery time, fail to collect the goods, or refuse delivery, the items will be returned at your expense. We can re-ship the order once you cover new shipping costs.
If the return is not registered, we will contact you for information. If we receive no reply within 14 days, the order will be credited, but shipping and return fees will be withheld.
For a return to qualify as an open-return, all accessories must be included (listed at the bottom of each product page) and the packaging must be undamaged. Missing accessories or damaged/no packaging will void the open-return right.
