No Hassle Return Policy

 

30-DAY RETURN POLICY
At Greencom you can return your order within 30 days. If you wish to return something, do the following:

  • Find the product on the order overview inside your profile
  • The product is returned in the original packaging (in the same condition as received)
  • You will receive your money back 2-14 days after the item is received
  • You can also contact us at support@greencom.no or in the chat in the bottom right corner. Then attach the order number to your order. You will then receive a return label.
  • Fill in the completed cancellation form that is attached to the order confirmation by e-mail. If you do not have the email, you can fill it out here: Cancellation form
