WARRANTY & CLAIMS
If you discover a fault or defect on a product, you can easily send it in for service.

Products come with a two-, three- or five-year warranty (depending on the item).

Typical service turnaround: 2 – 5 weeks.

Greencom PC – 3-Year Warranty & Lifetime Support

Every Greencom PC includes a 3-year warranty. Should a component-related technical error occur, simply send the machine to us. We will identify the fault and remedy it. Service on Greencom PCs normally takes 2 – 3 weeks.

The warranty does not cover faults caused by customer negligence or software issues.

Digital service: We offer lightning-fast solutions by shipping replacement parts with step-by-step installation guides. Many customers appreciate this alternative because it avoids a trip to the workshop or shipping the entire PC.

Lifetime support: No matter how long ago you bought your PC, we help you troubleshoot and resolve any issues – for life.

Repairing a Greencom PC

Need service or repair? Contact us at support@greencom.no or via the chat in the lower-left corner. We’ll guide you to a solution. If the PC must be sent to our workshop, we will issue a service form and a return label on request.

Warranty terms

If your product has been repaired three times and the same fault occurs a fourth time, you may request a refund. Prefer a replacement or another repair? Greencom will of course arrange that.

If we cannot repair the item and/or lack spare parts in time, we will ship a new product, an outlet equivalent or issue a refund – we will always inform you beforehand.

Returns in warranty cases are free of charge, but service/inspection/ freight fees may apply if the fault is not covered (e.g. accidental damage) – read the full warranty terms here.

Greencom aims for 100 % customer satisfaction and takes responsibility for any faults – whether production defects, delivery delays, or wrong items sent.

We also offer repairs outside the warranty period. A service/inspection/ freight fee will apply – you’ll receive an estimate before we begin.
